‘If we live, we live to the
Lord, and if we die, we die to the Lord.
So then, whether we live or we die, we BELONG TO THE LORD’ (Rom 14:8
AMP)
Our identity should be based
on the above truth. We belong to the
Lord. We are His possession; His
property. 1 Cor 7:23 – ‘you were bought
with a price (purchased with a preciousness and paid for by Christ)..’ He
purchased us by giving us His life. Therefore He has all right on us. He said in Zechariah 2:8 – ‘..for he who
touches you touches the apple of His eye..’ He watches over us! What an assurance
and comfort this is!
Are you confident of this
truth? Let this be your conscious; walk
in the reality of this truth wherever you go.
Meditate
: I belong to Jesus; I am His property;
His possession. He watches over me.
